Centennial Celebration

In 1915, the Women’s Oklahoma Golf Association was established to promote women’s golf in Oklahoma and to crown a state Women’s Amateur Champion. Over the past 100 years, the game of golf has developed self-esteem and confidence in women and junior girls across the state.  To celebrate the first Women’s Oklahoma State Amateur Championship and our 100th anniversary, WOGA returned to the original host, the Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club for the 2015 State Amateur Championship. Yujeong Son of Norman defended her State Amateur title, winning the Championship for the second year in a row.
