Each team will select 4 players to compete in the Amateur Division for players age 39 and under, 4 players to compete in the Mid-Am Division for ages 40 to 59, and 4 players to compete in the Masters Division for ages 60 and up. Age requirements are as of July 14 of the Championship year.
