100th Women's Oklahoma State Amateur Championship

All players flighted after qualifying round. The low 88 handicap indexes will be accepted, all other entries will be put on a waiting list in order of handicap index. If you are not among the low 88, you will be given a full refund. You will receive an email of your acceptance on July 13.
$200 includes all tournament green fees, cart, range balls, and one practice round
Included in entry fee, includes green fee, cart fee and range balls. Available before 10:00 a.m. or after 2:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, the week before the tournament. For those traveling a greater distance, Sunday, the day before the tournament after 2:00 p.m. Call918-252-4122 for tee times.
Any age golfer with a 27.0 or less handicap index is eligible. Junior Golfers age 17 and under as of July 23 are required to have a 7.9 or less handicap index and are only eligible for the Championship Division. Participants must be a member of WOGA (check membership eligibility) and have a current USGA handicap index listed on the member's club/course complete handicap printout sheet unless waived for a specific event. The participant's home club/course must be a WOGA member club/course. Individual member dues and member club dues must be paid by the last day of the entry period.
Verification of Handicap:
All handicaps will be verified prior to the tournament after the last e-revision prior to pairings. When a player is a member of more than one golf club and has a different handicap index at each golf club, the lowest handicap index will be used according to USGA recommendations.
Field is limited to low 88 handicap indexes.
Players may have a caddie for this event. A junior golfer, age 17 and under, may not have parent, step-parent or guardian caddie for them. Caddies may ride in cart if there is availability in the cart, players have priority.
Monday, July 23 - Tee times beginning at 8:00 a.m.
All players will go through qualifying for flighting purposes. Players with a 7.9 handicap index or less may elect to qualify for Championship Division or Presidents Division. Junior Golfers age 17 and under as of July 23 with a 7.9 or less handicap index are only eligible to qualify for the Championship Division. Those players who do not make it through qualifying for the Championship Division will be eliminated from the tournament. There is no consolation in the Championship Division. All others will be flighted according to their qualifying score. Those who don't qualify for the Presidents Division will be the top seeds in the A Flight based on their qualifying scores. The Presidents Division and all other flights will play shorter yardages. The State Amateur Champion will be crowned from the Championship Division. WOGA reserves the right to eliminate the last flight if it is not full.
State Amateur Champion Pendant, prizes for 1st and 2nd place in each winner's flight and 1st place in each consolation flight. Medalist, Senior Medalist and Junior Medalist from Championship Division qualifying will each receive a medalist pin. Low Putts in Championship Division during qualifying will receive the traveling trophy.
Championship Division 6000-6200 yards. All other flights will play a shorter yardage.
Players and caddies must follow dress code of Host Club. No blue jeans, denims, tank tops or metal spikes are allowed for WOGA events.

- Monday, July 23 - 6:45 a.m. - Registration
- Monday, July 23 - 8:00 a.m. - Qualifying for entire field
- Tuesday, July 24 - First Round of Match Play (twosomes).
- Tuesday, July 24 - Afternoon matches if Championship Division is a flight of 32
- Wednesday, July 25 - a.m. - Second Round Match Play, First Round Consolation (twosomes)
- Wednesday, July 25 - p.m. - Semi-Finals for Championship Division
- Thursday, July 26 - a.m. - Finals in all flights. Toasting Party and Awards immediately following final match.
Players who cancel by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 12, will be refunded the entry fee less a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after that date unless approved by the tournament committee before the competition begins due to illness or injury.
