Entries Accepted:

Monday, June 5, 9:00 a.m. - Thursday, August 3, 5:00 p.m. (late entries not accepted)
One player will enter team.
Substitutions will be accepted up to entry deadline.

Entry Fee:

$350 per Team, includes two rounds of golf, cart fees, range balls, two lunches and fun

Practice Round:

$59 includes tax, green fee, cart fee and range balls.  Call 918-257-4204 for tee times.

Team Composition & Eligibility:

Players must be 18 years of age by the first day of the tournament.  Participants must be a WOGA member and have a current USGA handicap index listed on the member's club/course complete handicap printout sheet unless waived for a specific event.  The participant's home club/course must be a WOGA member club/course.  Individual member dues and member club dues must be paid by last day of entry period.  Handicap limit is 36.0 index.

Verification of Handicap:

All handicaps will be verified prior to the tournament after the last e-revision prior to pairings.  When a player is a member of more than one golf club and has a different handicap index at each golf club, the lowest handicap index will be used according to USGA recommendations.

Maximum Field:

Field is limited - 50 teams

Format:

18-holes per day best ball of partners (stroke play) with 95% handicap.  Partners may not have more than an
8 stroke difference in handicaps.  If more, the lower handicap of the partners, plus 8 will determine the handicaps.

Prizes:

Field will be divided into flights based on combined handicaps.  Overall Low Gross and Low Net, Gross and Net prizes in each flight.  Players may win only one prize.

Tees:

All players will play from the WOGA tee markers.  Yardage approximately 5200 yards.

Dress Code:

Players must follow the dress code of Host Club.  No blue jeans, denim, tank tops or metal spikes are allowed for WOGA events.

Schedule of Events:

  • Monday, August 14 - Registration at 7:15 a.m.
  • Monday, August 14 - Shotgun 8:30 a.m. - Box lunch available 11:30 a.m.
  • Tuesday, August 15 - Shotgun 8:30 a.m.
  • Tuesday, August 15 - Awards luncheon following play

Pairings, tees times, and other important tournament information will be sent to participants after the close of entries.

Refund Policy:

Teams who cancel by 5:00 p.m. Thursday, August 3, will be refunded the entry fee less a $25 administrative fee per team.  No refunds will be given for cancellation after that date unless approved by the tournament committee before the competition begins due to illness or injury.
